What This Policy Covers This Privacy Policy explains how Zzzello collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Zzzello app. It also explains when we share information with Nuitée so they can provide hotel rates, process bookings, handle payments, send booking communications, manage cancellations, and support hotel-booking issues. Information We Collect We collect information you provide, information created when you use the app, and information needed to complete a hotel booking. Account and membership information: Your email address, login method, account identifier, display name, and related authentication information. Booking information: Guest names, email address, phone number, travel dates, room details, hotel selection, booking reference, booking status, cancellation information, and transaction metadata. App preferences: Currency, units, language, favorite hotels, recent places, recent searches, and saved app settings. Location information: If you choose to search near your current location, we use your device location to show nearby hotels. Device and technical information: Device, app, network, diagnostics, and security information needed to operate, protect, and improve the app. Communications: Messages you send to Zzzello for app support and messages related to your account, bookings, cancellations, or marketing preferences. We may also use your email address to send Zzzello marketing messages, offers, product updates, and travel-related content. Even if you opt out of marketing, Zzzello or Nuitée may still send transactional messages about your account, booking confirmations, cancellations, refunds, support requests, security, or legal notices. How Nuitée Supports Bookings Nuitée provides hotel inventory, rates, availability, booking fulfillment, payment handling, cancellation handling, and booking-related customer service. When you make or manage a hotel booking through Zzzello, we share the information needed for Nuitée and its partners to provide those services. Hotel booking support, including booking changes, hotel issues, cancellations, and refunds, is handled by Nuitée. App support, including Zzzello account, app access, bugs, and app feature questions, is handled by Zzzello at hello@zzzello.com. Payments are handled by Nuitée and its payment providers. Zzzello may receive and store transaction metadata, booking references, payment status, and related records. Zzzello does not store full payment card numbers in the app. Information We Share We share information only when needed to operate Zzzello, provide hotel booking services, support users, protect the app, or comply with law. Nuitée and hotel suppliers: We share booking, guest, contact, rate, payment, cancellation, and support information needed to complete and manage hotel bookings. Payment providers: Payment providers receive information needed to process, verify, refund, and support hotel payments. Authentication providers: We use providers such as Apple, Google, and Firebase to support login, account security, and authentication. Service providers: We may use vendors for hosting, analytics, diagnostics, email delivery, customer support, fraud prevention, and app operations. Legal and safety: We may share information if required by law, to protect users, to prevent fraud, or to defend our rights. Third-Party Services Zzzello uses third-party services to run the app, including hotel data and booking providers, payment providers, authentication providers, maps, analytics, hosting, and support tools. Location If you choose current-location search, Zzzello asks for permission to use your device location. We use that location to search for hotels near you. You can disable location access in your device settings. Data Retention We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the app, manage bookings, support users, maintain business records, prevent fraud, and meet legal, tax, accounting, and reporting obligations. Booking and transaction records may need to be kept after a booking ends. Security We use technical and organizational safeguards to protect personal information.
